Nevsimal, 88, of Naperville, died Thursday, April 17, 1997, at Edward Hospital in Naperville. &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;She was born Aug. 5, 1908, in Aurora, Minn. &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;Mrs. Nevsimal was a charter member of the Judd Kendall VFW Post #3873, Ladies Auxiliary. &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;During the war, she had worked at Sears, Roebuck in the Catalog Department. &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;Survivors include her daughters, Dorothy (Mrs. James) Toman, of Naperville, and Anna (Mrs. Fred) Nickerson, of Key Largo, Fla.; son, Richard (wife Phyllis) Nevsimal of Yorkville; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ogla Engel, of Grand Haven, Mich., and Anne (Mrs. Raymond) Bierman, of Grand Haven, Mich.; brother, Joseph (wife Carrie) &lt;strong&gt;Rozanc&lt;/strong&gt;, of Tocca, Ga.; and numerous nieces and nephews. &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Joseph; a brother, John; and sister, MargStallman. &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;A Mass of Christian burial was held Saturday, April 19, at St. Raphael Church in Naperville. &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;Interment, Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Naperville. &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor&amp;#39;s choice. &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;Arrangements were handled by Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, Naperville. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Copyright (c) 1997 Sun Publications&lt;/div&gt;</line></content></metadataxml>
