Vitcenda, age 91, of Westby and formerly of the Valley area, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2000 at the VErnon Memorial Hospital in Viroqua.</p><p>He is survived by his wife, Hazel of Westby; two daughters, Karen (Gerald) Ekern of Westby, and Janet (Larry) Jansen of Harlem, Mont.; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents; two sisters, Mary Jensen and Anna Jensen; and seven brothers, Wencil, Joseph, Frank, Willie, Edward, Paul and Albert.</p><p>Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 28, 2000, at 1:30 p.m. at the Picha Funeral Home in Hillsboro, with the Rev. Alan Tripp officiating. Burial will be in the Rockton Cemetery. Friends may call at the Picha Funeral Home on Saturday from 12 p.m. until the time of services. Memorials may be directed to the La Farge Ambulance Service.</p></font></line></content></metadataxml>
