OBJE:_META	<metadataxml><content><line><p>REEDSBURG - Georgia J. Barbour, age 95, formerly of Reedsburg, died on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004, at Divine Savior Hospital in Portage. She was born on Jan. 31, 1909, in Hillsboro, the daughter of Wencil and Anna (Pitcl) Mislivecek. On Nov. 28, 1928, she was married to Joseph A. Barbour. Following her marriage, she worked on the dairy farm for 34 years before moving to Reedsburg. She then worked at Ray-O-Vac in Wonewoc, the Reedsburg Cleaners and she was a cook at Sacred Heart Catholic School and the Reedsburg Country Club. She enjoyed dancing, gardening, quilting, playing cards and most of all bowling. She was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters.</p><p>Survivors include two daughters: LuAnn (Elmer) Mitchell of Portage and Carol Ballenger, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; one son: Francis &quot;Red&quot; Barbour of Reedsburg; nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe, on Dec. 25, 1977; her son: Joseph J. Barbour, on Oct. 28, 1990; four sisters: Emma Herbeck, Ella Stanek and infants Rose and Mary; and by four brothers: Adolph, Frank, Albert and infant William Mislivecek.</p><p>A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Reedsburg with Father Thomas Monaghan officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 p.m. on Wednesday at the Hoof Funeral Home in Reedsburg.</p><p>The Hoof Funeral Home is serving the family.</p></line></content></metadataxml>
